Our raw materials for tubes and pips is from famous domectic melting mills, and part of the material is imported from the top-class melting mills of the word, like Europe, USA and Japan.

Yasco pipe is equipped advanced production machines and equipment. For seamless pipe, we have computer controlled natural gas fire heat treatment furnace, high precision straightening machines and cold draw/rolling machines. The tubes/pipes had little oxidation, good outer and inner surface quality, good chemical content, high size precision/tolerance, and good comprehensive machinical properties. For the welded pipe, our continuous molding production lines equipment can produce the tubes/pipes with maximum diameter of 16 inch (406mm), the single molding production process equipment can produce the tubes/pipes with the maximum diameter of 118 inch(3000mm). The production equipment introduced from Belgium, France, Taiwan and domestic, the company has a complete range of products. Toll now we can produce tubes/pipes with outside diameter from 12mm to 3000mm and with wall thickness from 0.5mm to 50mm.

We have advanced research and inspection equipment, such as spectrometer, eddy current testing machines, hydrostatic testing machines, comprehensive mechanical property testing machine, hardness testing equipment, intergranulat corrosion testing equipment, compact testing machines, micro-structure testing equipment and other equipment.
