Overview of Stainless steel pipe caps
Stainless steel pipe caps are protective fittings used to seal the ends of pipes. They stop fluid flow and keep contaminants out, which protects the pipe from damage. You can find them in many sizes, shapes, and connection types to fit different systems.
Manufacturing Processing of SS Fittings
- Material Selection: High-quality stainless steel is chosen based on application requirements.
- Forming: The caps are formed using methods like stamping, deep drawing, or spinning to achieve the desired shape (domed, flat, etc.).
- Machining: For threaded caps, threads are cut or machined into the fitting.
- Welding: For socket weld or butt weld caps, we perform welding to ensure a secure and leak-proof seal.
- Surface Finishing: The caps are polished, brushed, or passivated. This improves corrosion resistance and meets hygiene standards.
- Quality Inspection: We carry out strict testing. This involves checking dimensions, inspecting visually, and performing pressure tests. These processes ensure the caps meet industry standards.

Stainless Steel Reducer Workshop
Yasco has the tools, machinery, and skilled workers to make high-quality reducers. These include both concentric and eccentric types, used in piping systems. The workshop manages different production stages. It starts with raw material processing and ends with final inspection and packaging.
