YASCO Ships High-Straightness 316L Seamless Pipes Overseas

YASCO recently inspected and loaded 105 tons of 316L large-bore, heavy-wall seamless pipes. These were shipped for an overseas lithium-ion battery project. These pipes are used in lithium-battery separator rollers. We’ve gained high recognition from clients and third-party inspectors. This is due to our reliable product quality and strong support services. The pipes in this batch feature outer diameters of 305 mm and 345 mm, with a wall thickness of 17 mm. Tolerance requirements: OD ±1 mm; wall thickness ±10%; out-of-roundness ≤2 mm. Based on a full-length dimension of 7520 mm per pipe, straightness shall be strictly kept within 3 mm. 

These extra-long pipes set rigorous standards for straightness, out-of-roundness, and dimensional tolerances. Aligned with the client’s technical requirements, the project closely followed relevant specifications. We addressed deformation risks in long tubes by customizing heat treatment and straightening processes. We maintained strict control over each step to meet all project technical standards.

All tested dimensions met the contract standards. The whole batch passed acceptance successfully. After packaging, the products were delivered on schedule.
