Project Details
This client is a world-leading manufacturer of loading technology. It supplies marine loading arms and supporting systems to major terminals around the world and serves as a trusted long-term partner to many international customers.
For this project, YASCO mainly supplied 316L and 304L stainless steel pipes and pipe fittings for the installation of marine loading arms.
Due to the demanding marine environment, the project had strict requirements for the corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, and weldability of the stainless steel products. Therefore, we paid close attention to every stage of production. Raw material procurement, forming and fabrication, solution annealing, and pickling were all carried out strictly in accordance with the client’s requirements.
After production was completed, we also conducted a series of inspections, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, and non-destructive testing (NDT), to ensure product quality and compliance with the project requirements.
