Overview of Stainless Steel Concentric Reducer
Stainless steel concentric reducer is a type of pipe fitting used to connect two pipes of different diameters while maintaining a common center line. The concentric reducer has a symmetrical design that tapers evenly. This feature promotes balanced flow, making it great for vertical pipes and suction lines where air pockets need to be avoided. This sets it apart from the eccentric reducer, which has one flat side.
Stainless Steel Concentric Reducer Mill Test Certificate
Yasco supplies stainless steel concentric reducers in various grades, including 904L, 2205, 2507, 253MA, and SMO254. They also offer other nickel alloy steels, especially super duplex stainless steel. All chemical compositions meet ASTM A815 standards. And the PREN and CF data also comply with these standards.
Manufacturing Processing of SS Fittings
To provide top-quality products, we first choose the right raw materials. Then, we perform thorough quality checks. After that, we cut, form, weld, and heat-treat the materials. Finally, we finish the surface and inspect the finished products before packing and sending them out.
