With the ISO9001-2008 quality management system, Yasco pipes carry out the advanced quality management system strictly and completely. Our raw materials for stainless tube and pips are from famous domestic melting mills, and part of the material is imported from the top-class melting mills of the world, like Europe, USA, and Japan.

Yasco stainless tube is equipped with advanced production machines and equipment. For seamless pipe, we have computer-controlled natural gas fire heat treatment furnaces, high-precision straightening machines, and cold draw/rolling machines. The tubes/pipes had little oxidation, good outer and inner surface quality, good chemical content, high size precision/tolerance, and good comprehensive mechanical properties. For the welded pipe, our continuous molding production lines equipment can produce the tubes/pipes with a maximum diameter of 16 inches (406mm), and the single molding production process equipment can produce the tubes/pipes with a maximum diameter of 118 inches (3000mm). The production equipment is introduced from Belgium, France, and Taiwan, the company has a complete range of products. Toll now we can produce tubes/pipes with outside diameters from 12mm to 3000mm and with wall thicknesses from 0.5mm to 50mm.

We have advanced research and inspection equipment, such as spectrometers, eddy current testing machines, hydrostatic testing machines, comprehensive mechanical property testing machines, hardness testing equipment, intergranular corrosion testing equipment, compact testing machines,micro-structure testing equipment, and other equipment.
